Edible Gardening

Growing your own food is a great activity to learn, and comes with a range of physical and mental health benefits, as well as helping the planet through reducing food miles and eating more plants!

From sprouting seeds and regrowing vegetable scraps on your kitchen windowsill, to making your own compost and choosing seasonal produce for your garden, there’s plenty to learn no matter how much space you have available.

All of our activities are family friendly, and usually include seeds and plants available for folks to take home to get started with.
